The teams representing Africa in the Jr. NBA Global Championship will include girls and boys from Jr. NBA leagues, clinics, and festivals spanning as many as 20 African countries. Players will be selected to participate in the Jr. NBA Global Championship in May 2020.

The teams representing Asia Pacific in the Jr. NBA Global Championship will include girls and boys from Jr. NBA leagues, clinics, and events across as many as seven Asian countries. Players will be invited to participate in the Jr. NBA Global Championship Asia Pacific Selection Camp in Indonesia, with rosters finalized by mid-June 2020.

The winning girls and boys teams from the Jr. NBA Global Championship Canada Regional Finals will represent Canada in Orlando. Club teams from all 10 provinces will compete in regionals across the country hosted in partnership with Canada Basketball, with five girls and boys champions advancing to represent Western Canada, the Prairies, Ontario, Eastern Canada, and the Atlantic Provinces. The Jr. NBA Global Championship Canada Regional Finals will be held in Ontario in June 2020.

The teams representing China in the Jr. NBA Global Championship will include girls and boys selected from the Jr. NBA Global Championship China Regional Finals in May 2020. Millions of youth across 31 provinces in China are eligible to participate as part of the Ministry of Education program.

The teams representing Europe & Middle East in the Jr. NBA Global Championship will include girls and boys from Jr. NBA leagues and events from as many as 30 countries and 100 cities across the region. Players will be invited to participate in the Jr. NBA Global Championship Europe & Middle East Selection Camp in Rome, Italy in May 2020.

The teams representing India in the Jr. NBA Global Championship will include girls and boys from the Reliance Foundation Jr. NBA Program, Jr. NBA Regional Competitions and Jr. NBA National Championship. Players will be invited to participate in the Jr. NBA Global Championship India Selection Camp in Noida in May 2020.

The team representing Latin America in the Jr. NBA Global Championship will include girls and boys from Jr. NBA leagues and camps in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, and the Caribbean. Players will be invited to participate in the Jr. NBA Global Championship Latin America Selection Camp in Brazil in May 2020.

The team representing Mexico in the Jr. NBA Global Championship will include girls and boys from Jr. NBA leagues, tournaments and events across the country. Players will be invited to participate in the Jr. NBA Global Championship Mexico Selection Camp in Mexico City, with rosters finalized by June 2020.
